Case Study - Murray International Metals

A new Design & Build project in Singapore by Fastrack Projects Pte Ltd, in which all architectural and structural design was provided by Fastrack Projects, was completed in a seven month contract period. The project comprised 4715m2 of offices and warehousing for Murray International Metals for the storage and movement of high quality steel sections for the oil and gas industry.

The exterior of the building aesthetically echoes the high tech operations within through the use of Architectural Profiles AP 50 HR half round profile running horizontally around the offices.

Fastrack proved that, even when taking into consideration shipping costs, the APL AP50 HR system was a major cost efficiency in the overall project costings. The project was delivered on time and on budget.
